Vichevip.com.au will deliver to any address in the following countries:

Australia
New Zealand
China
Hong Kong
Indonesia
Japan
Phillipines
Singapore
United States

For all other countries, please call or email VicheVIP for a quote and we will be happy to accommodate your request(s).

VicheVIP gifts are delivered via Standard Post, Express Post, International Express or Courier. VicheVIP only use trusted and reliable couriers and delivery providers to ensure products arrive in pristine condition to make the perfect gift!

When will I receive my purchase?
You choose WHEN you would like to receive your order by simply selecting one of the following options at checkout:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
• Express Delivery (Next Business Day)*

*For express delivery orders must be placed by 2.00pm (AEST) Monday - Thursday. Gift orders placed on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday due to courier restrictions.
*Express delivery is not available to NT and WA (due to high delivery costs).
*Express delivery not available for sexy lingerie items (all lingerie orders are delivered within 3-5 working days). This is not applicable for sexy lingerie sold within our romantic gifts. All romantic gifts can be delivered the next business day.

International Delivery does take a little longer; on average 3-7 business days for all products.

Please note delivery on 'Naughty Costumes' is currently 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

How much will the delivery cost?

Lingerie
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) Australia wide is $8.95. Express Delivery (Next Business Day) is $9.95. These rates are flat so you may buy multiple items of lingerie for the same price!
International Delivery for lingerie is a flat fee of $15.
All lingerie is beautifully gift wrapped in a luxury lingerie box absolutely FREE!

Romantic Gifts
Delivery for products from our 'romantic gifts' range depends on the total weight of your purchase and your delivery location. For all romantic gift packages such as: Just Because, Pure Romance, Seduction, Temptation and Lovers Lust simply add your goods to your basket and select your delivery location to view the 'delivery cost' (there is no obligation to purchase and if you wish, you can simply add or remove products to your basket to receive new delivery prices).All romantic gifts are beautifully gift wrapped in a luxury gift box!

Hen's Night Gifts
Delivery for products from our Hen's Night range depends on the total weight of your purchase and your delivery location. Please add your chosen items to your basket for the exact delivery price (there is no obligation to purchase and if you wish, you can simply add or remove products to your basket to receive new delivery prices). All hen's night gifts are beautifully gift wrapped in a luxury gift box absolutely free!

Delivery Suggestions
Vichevip.com.au suggests you have your package delivered to the recipient's work place or home as a surprise! Our gifts have an even better impact when the recipient isn't expecting a special delivery!

For gifts with fresh rose petals, VicheVIP suggest the express delivery option at checkout. If you choose standard (or International) delivery for these gifts, fresh rose petals will be replaced with freeze dried rose petals in order to maintain excellent presentation of your gift.

Please note all romantic gifts are sent via courier and therefore if the gift has to be re-delivered to your specified address you will incur further delivery fee of up to $16.50.
