VicheVIP gifts are delivered via Standard Post, Express Post, International Express or Courier. VicheVIP only use trusted and reliable delivery providers to ensure products arrive in pristine condition to make the perfect gift! All gifts (gift wrapped or non gift wrapped) are delivered to you in discrete packaging.

When will I receive my purchase?
You can choose your preferred delivery date simply by selecting one of the following options at checkout:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
• Express Delivery (Next Business Day)*

*Express delivery orders must be placed by 2.00pm (AEST) Monday - Thursday to be received the next working day.
*If the item(s) you wish to purchase are not stated as "instock" the item(s) delivery will take 1-2 weeks.
*Items from our "Personalised Gifts" section take 3-5 days delivery to allow for personalisation.

How much will the delivery cost?
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is $6.95 Australia wide .
Express Post (next business day) is $8.95 Australia wide.
International Delivery is $15.

These delivery prices are based on a flat rate so you may buy multiple items one delivery fee.

Gifts from the Romantic Gifts collection are priced differently due to the weight of these items (please see below).

Delivery of the "Room Service" gift experience is determined by your preferred date. To check availability simply call 1800 992 702. There is no delivery charge for this service, however a small travel fee may apply, depending on your location.

Please note the delivery fee for all hens gift packs depends on the total weight of your purchase. Please add your chosen items to your basket for the exact delivery price (there is no obligation to purchase and if you wish, you can simply add or remove products to your basket to receive new delivery prices).

Delivery Suggestions
Vichevip.com.au suggests you have your package delivered to the recipient's work place or home as a surprise! Our gifts have an even better impact when the recipient isn't expecting a special delivery!

For gifts with fresh rose petals, VicheVIP suggest the express delivery option at checkout. If you choose standard (or International) delivery for these gifts, fresh rose petals will be replaced with freeze dried rose petals in order to maintain excellent presentation of your gift.
