Shopping Terms and Conditions

Vichevip.com.au offers A NO FUSS EXCHANGE POLICY on all products.

The following Terms and Conditions Apply:

1. The product(s) is returned within 7 days of receipt.
2. The product(s) is returned in a secure mail bag or cardboard box.
3. The product(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt and order number.
4. Garment labels are still attached to the garment.
5. The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)**
6. The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
7. The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
8. No returns or exchange on hosiery.
9. For lingerie exchanges due to colour, size, or style of the lingerie, the customer must pay for all postage charges incurred in the exchange. Customers can choose from all our lingerie items on our just lingerie section. Where price differences are present customers will receive a refund*/pay the additional cost.

**ALL lingerie MUST be tried on over existing underwear. Vichevip.com.au will not exchange the lingerie if it is found to have been worn (or its labels removed).

Delivery
Your item(s) should arrive on your preferred delivery date; however on rare occasions some delivery areas fall outside our usual delivery time frames. For example - when you request Next Business Day delivery we ship your order the same day we receive it (if your order is placed before 2pm); but some areas fall outside the 'next day' zone with our couriers- therefore it may take an extra day. We value your custom and our team will explore every avenue to get your goods to you on time.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vichevip.com.au is a registered business of Viche Pty Ltd. Viche Pty Ltd owns and operates www.vichevip.com.au. When we refer to 'this or our' website we are referring to www.vichevip.com.au
2. Viche Pty Ltd reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions. We may update or amend our website, products and images at any point in time without notice.
3. You acknowledge that on occasion, due to factors out of our control, our website may be unavailable or may not function correctly.
4. Viche Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
5. Viche Pty Ltd has ownership, moral rights and copyright of all aspects of this website, including, but not limited to, content, images, structure, layout and design.
6. In the unlikely event that Vichevip.com.au is not able to attend a booking, Vichevip.com.au has the right to cancel this booking at anytime before the event (in which case the customer will receive a full refund).
7. You may not add/copy/change or alter this website in any way.
8. Create Your Own orders that include lingerie, may on occasion arrive separately if your lingerie is not in stock. Our staff will however, call you to discuss options and delivery times.
9. Viche Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for the late delivery or damaged delivery of your products; this lies with our couriers. We will however, endeavour to resolve the problem and fulfil any exchange obligations.
10. You must be over 18 years old to purchase from our website: www.vichevip.com.au.
11. Packages containing alcohol must be delivered to a recipient other than the purchaser.
12. We do not accept responsibility for any offence taken as a result of viewing our website.
13. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or harm caused to you or any person(s) as a result of receiving one of our gift packages.
14. Viche Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss caused by our third party partners or affiliates.
15. Due to changes in aviation law, we cannot currently send perfumes by air (as is required for some delivery locations). In this instance we will exchange the perfume advertised for non-alcohol based perfume oil.
16. If we are out of stock of a general item (eg. rose, chocolates) we will send you a similar item of the same value.
17. You accept that the imagery on this website is an accurate representation of the products you will receive, however some props shown in the photographs are not included. Furthermore, the presentation of each package may vary slightly.
18. You accept that if we are currently out of stock of a particular item you requested (eg. lingerie) we will contact you to discuss an exchange or a similar item or arrange a new date of delivery.
19. www.vichevip.com.au offers an exchange policy on all gift packages. We do not currently offer a monetary refund.
