Viche Pty Ltd (trading as VicheVIP.com.au) is a privately owned and operated Australian company that was formed in June 2005, based in Brisbane, Australia.

VicheVIP is an online store offering luxury romantic gifts, sexy lingerie, plus size lingerie, women's sleepwear, women's gifts, champagne gifts, elegant gifts, chocolate gift baskets, bridal lingerie, hens games, hens gifts and many more unique gifts.

Unlike many other internet retailers we do not redirect orders to our suppliers. All gifts are quality inspected and packed by our staff only to ensure they look great when you or your recipient receives them.

Our close knit team really understands customer service; we deliver quality products to your preferred delivery address, on time via a safe and secure online environment. We take full responsibility for the quality of all the products/gifts we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or our service we will do everything possible to rectify it.

How do I place an order?
The easiest and quickest way to place your order is via this website, as it is available any time of the day or night. You can also place orders via telephone or post. From this page click on Gifts in the top menu and this will lead you to our three available gift categories: romantic gifts, sexy lingerie and hens night.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Absolutely. Once you add a good(s) to your basket, click on view my gifts (gift tag in top right hand corner), and this will bring you to the first step of the checkout process. Here you will be asked when you would like you're packaged delivered: Express Post or Standard Delivery (3-5 working days). Once you choose an option, the cost of delivery will adjust accordingly. If you require your gift to arrive on a specific date, simply enter this date on step 2 of the checkout process in the space provided for special instructions.
When you are purchasing lingerie and/or hens nights gifts you do not have to be home to receive your gift. As Australia Post will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift by picking it up from the post office or arranging a suitable time for re-delivery. If, however you are purchasing a romantic gift from our selection, please arrange to have this delivered to an address, where it can be signed for (we recommend your work place or home).

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and bank cards and we also accept direct deposits and cheque. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. How do I know what is happening to my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details (this will include an order reference number). At any time you can email (vichesales@vichevip.com.au) or phone our friendly team 1800 992 702, quote your order reference number and receive an update on your order. We will however keep you up to date with the status of your order by emailing you at each step of the process.

Do you offer discrete packaging?
Yes. All gifts are gift wrapped and then placed in additional discrete outer packaging.

Do you provide gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Every gift that you select is gift wrapped (free of charge). Our romantic gifts are presented in a beautiful gift box (with card message) and all lingerie and hen's nights orders are beautifully gift wrapped. It's all part of our service!

Where do I enter my gift card message?
You can enter your gift card message at step two of the checkout process. Once you add goods to your basket, simply click on view my gifts in the top right hand corner to checkout.

Who Can Order Gifts That Contain Alcohol?
Only people over the age of 18 can order gifts that contain alcohol. The recipient of the gift must also be over the age of 18.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as we haven't dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give contact us on 1800 992 702 or send us an email (vichesales@vichevip.com.au) stating the order reference.
