How do I place an order?
The easiest and quickest way to place your order is via this website, as it is available any time of the day or night. You can also place orders via telephone or post. From this page click on Gifts in the top menu and this will lead you to our three available gift categories: romantic gifts, sexy lingerie and hens night.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Absolutely. Once you add a good(s) to your basket, click on view my gifts (gift tag in top right hand corner), and this will bring you to the first step of the checkout process. Here you will be asked when you would like you're packaged delivered: Express Post or Standard Delivery (3-5 working days). Once you choose an option, the cost of delivery will adjust accordingly. For more information on delivery visit Delivery Information. If you require your gift to arrive on a specific date, simply enter this date on step 2 of the checkout process in the space provided for special instructions.
When you are purchasing lingerie and/or hens nights gifts you do not have to be home to receive your gift. Australia Post will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift by picking it up from the post office or arranging a suitable time for re-delivery. If, however you are purchasing a romantic gift from our selection, please arrange to have this delivered to an address, where it can be signed for (we recommend your work place or home).

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and bank cards and we also accept direct deposits and cheque. The most efficient form of payment is credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time and it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. How do I know what is happening to my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details (this will include an order reference number). At any time you can email (vichesales@vichevip.com.au) or phone our friendly team 1800 992 702, quote your order reference number and receive an update on your order. We will keep you up to date with the status of your order by emailing you at each step of the process.

Do you offer discrete packaging?
Yes. All gifts are gift wrapped and then placed in additional discreet outer packaging.

Do you provide gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Every gift that you select is gift wrapped (free of charge). Our romantic gifts are presented in a beautiful gift box (with card message) and all lingerie and hen's nights orders are beautifully gift wrapped. It's all part of our service! So is the discreet packaging which comes in the mail to ensure you keep your VicheVIP treats as a sexy surprise!

Where do I enter my gift card message?
You can enter your gift card message at step two of the checkout process. Once you add goods to your basket, simply click on view my gifts in the top right hand corner to checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as we haven't dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just contact us on 1800 992 702 or send us an email (vichesales@vichevip.com.au) stating the order reference.
